NSA is ending the season on a high note!

Our recent fundraiser luncheon at The Chrysler Museum of Art was a resounding success, leaving us with cherished memories of a wonderful event. We're delighted to share some of the highlights with you!

The event kicked off with an enlightening lecture by Robert Kunzig, a renowned journalist, author, and former Executive Editor of National Geographic Magazine. In his engaging talk titled "Notre Dame Rises Again," Robert delved into the devastating fire that engulfed the iconic Notre Dame cathedral in 2019 and the ongoing restoration efforts. His expertise painted a vivid picture of the cathedral's past, present, and promising future.

The lecture took place in the Kaufman Theater, providing an ideal backdrop for an immersive experience. Following the talk, attendees gathered in Huber Court to enjoy a delightful luncheon. Amidst pleasant conversations and connections, guests savored a French inspired culinary experience that perfectly complemented the ambiance.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Bill Bunting Photography for capturing the essence of the event through his skilled lens. These photographs will undoubtedly evoke fond memories for all who attended.

As we bid adieu to the 2022-2023 season, we invite you to stay tuned for a preview of the exciting speakers and events we have lined up for the upcoming season. The Norfolk Society of Arts provides world class lectures that celebrate the arts and inspire imagination.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support, and we eagerly anticipate your presence at our future events. Together, let's continue to create unforgettable moments and revel in the transformative power of art.
